Heartwork Service Corps

Heartwork Research

A research agenda examining how self knowledge, relational competence, belonging, meaningful service, and community connection strengthen human and institutional life.

01

Evidence in service of people.

Heartwork research considers individual, relational, educational, professional, and community outcomes. Areas of inquiry include loneliness, belonging, social support, family stability, learning persistence, workforce participation, community cooperation, wellbeing, and responsible service.

02

Measure without diminishing the person.

The research framework combines clear outcomes, participant dignity, privacy, informed participation, appropriate data governance, and transparent limits. Evidence supports learning and improvement rather than reducing human worth to a score.

03

Build. Learn. Improve. Share.

Pilots and institutional partnerships can contribute to program evaluation, quality improvement, interdisciplinary scholarship, case studies, and the careful development of Heartwork readiness and community connection measures.
