Mohammed Isaaq is the founder and principal instructor of Claritas Universal and the Knowing Yourself programs. His background includes engineering, postgraduate study in education, secondary mathematics teaching, youth work, counselling, and continuing study across philosophy, psychology, theology, logic, and language.
His programs use behavioral intelligence and the classical science of the four temperaments as a framework for self knowledge, strengths, learning styles, relationships, emotional intelligence, motivation, communication, and personal development. Rooted in centuries of Islamic scholarship, the approach integrates mind, body, and soul while connecting personal growth, spiritual growth, wellbeing, and a deeper connection with Allah.
Based in Manchester and experienced in international educational settings, Mohammed brings strong Arabic language ability and cross cultural fluency to the partnership. Within Heartwork, these strengths support respectful dialogue, educational exchange, relationship building, and the human dimensions of global diplomacy.
Mohammed leads United Kingdom development and delivery while United States University leads development and delivery in the United States. Together, the partnership connects personal formation, family and community life, educational practice, and public service.
