Current institutional status
United States University submitted its religious institution affidavit to the Florida Commission for Independent Education on June 22, 2026. On August 13, 2026, the Commission acknowledged receipt and requested supporting documentation. This is the current documented status. Receipt of an affidavit is not an issued exemption letter.
Release-controlled documents
Student publications are released through a controlled process. Each adopted edition must have a recorded approval, effective date, stable pagination, file digest, public location, and verification date before it is represented as governing an enrollment.
