Current review standard
Before instruction begins, the review policy provides a full refund of tuition and institutional fees for the canceled enrollment. After instruction begins, earned tuition is calculated using elapsed instructional days within the disclosed financial commitment period.
Written calculation
The student receives the effective withdrawal date, charges, payments, assistance credits, permitted retained charges, and the resulting refund or balance. The review policy provides issuance of an undisputed refund within 30 calendar days after withdrawal is determined.
Adoption control
The financial model, counting method for each delivery format, treatment of materials and outside costs, and institutional approval must be confirmed before these terms govern an enrollment.
