Choose a local question about a shared space or service. Identify the responsible body, read a current agenda or service document, and prepare a concise question connected to that source.
Create a source note.
Write the document title, institution, address, and relevant passage. Add your own explanation separately. The Civic Conversation Studio provides a place to practice a respectful question or proposal before considering a real submission.
